Mazflabs Free audit

§ 01

How it runs

Fastest wins first

Nothing here is a surprise on purpose. You should be able to read this page and know what month three looks like before you spend anything.

01

Days 1–2

The audit

Full crawl, Semrush and Ahrefs pulls, Google Business Profile review, and a look at the two competitors who beat you most often. You get a written document: what is broken, what it is costing you, and the order we would fix it in. You keep it whether or not you hire us.

You getWritten audit, ranked fix list, honest read on whether we can help

02

Weeks 1–2

Stop the bleeding

Consolidate pages that compete with each other, fix redirect chains, disavow spam backlinks, repair internal linking, ship schema. Nothing here is glamorous and it is usually where the first ranking movement comes from, because it is removing brakes rather than adding horsepower.

You getTechnical faults cleared, index cleaned, first movement in tracking

03

Weeks 2–6

Build or rebuild

If the site is a ceiling rather than a foundation, we replace it. Static, fast, click-to-call on every page. If it is salvageable we leave it alone and put the budget into pages instead. The audit already told you which, and we would rather not rebuild.

You getLive site you own outright, or a decision not to touch it

04

Month 2 onward

Take the radius

Service-area pages built in priority order — volume against local pack difficulty — so profitable, winnable towns come first. Alongside them, the buyer-intent content people search before they call: size guides, permits, weight limits, pricing explainers.

You getNew ranking towns each month, tracked by city

05

Ongoing

Report and adjust

A monthly report on rankings by city, organic sessions, and the calls and forms that came from them. Written in plain language. When a month underperforms, the report says so and says what we are changing — that is the whole point of sending one.

You getMonthly report, quarterly strategy review, month-to-month terms

§ 02

Four rules we do not bend

These exist because we have watched every one of them go wrong at somebody else's agency, on a client who then had to start over.

You own everything from day one

Domain, hosting, analytics, Google Business Profile, Search Console, the code. All of it registered in your accounts, not ours. If you leave, nothing switches off.

Ninety days, then month to month

SEO cannot show its hand in four weeks, so the first term is ninety days. After that it is monthly. If the work is good you will stay for reasons other than a contract.

One point of contact

You talk to the person doing the work. No account manager relaying questions to someone you never meet.

We say no

If your market is too small to support the retainer, or the site is fine and you just need two pages, we will say that. A bad-fit client costs us more than the invoice is worth.

§ 03

When you should expect movement

Weeks 2–6 — technical fixes land

Consolidating cannibalizing pages and repairing internal links can move existing rankings quickly, because the pages already had authority. It was just split.

Months 2–4 — first new towns rank

A new service-area page in a low-competition suburb typically starts placing in two to four months. Dense metros take longer, sometimes much longer.

Months 6–12 — the compounding part

Coverage plus links plus age is where organic starts to look like a channel rather than a project. This is the part most companies quit before reaching.

Anyone who promises page one in thirty days is either buying links you will pay for later or targeting terms nobody searches. Both are easy to spot in a report, and both are why we would rather set this expectation before you sign anything.

Next step

Find out what your site is costing you

Send your domain and the towns you deliver to. You get a written audit back within two business days: the technical faults, the service areas you have no page for, and the exact terms your closest competitor ranks for that you do not. No call required to receive it.
