§ 01
Who we are
Small, narrow, and blunt about it
Mazflabs is a specialist SEO and web studio working with US businesses that deliver heavy things on trucks. We are deliberately small and deliberately narrow, and we turn down work we cannot move.
01
Narrow beats broad
We work with companies that deliver heavy things on trucks, and nothing else. That means month one is work rather than education — we already know your seasonality, your radius pricing, and which terms convert into a drop.
02
You own the assets
Site, domain, hosting, analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile. Registered in your accounts on day one. If you fire us you keep all of it, working, with no handover fee and no export request.
03
No lock-in
Ninety days, then month to month. A twelve-month contract is a tool for keeping clients who would otherwise leave, and we would rather not need one.
04
Reports that can say no
We report the metrics that map to revenue, and we say plainly when a month underperformed and what we are changing. A report that is always good news is not a report.
§ 02
Why one vertical
A generalist agency spends your first two months learning that a swap-out is not a new rental, that permits change at every city line, and that February is not a performance problem. We started in this industry, built the case study in it, and stayed.
The narrow focus also means the playbook keeps getting sharper. Every audit we run on a container dealer teaches us something we apply to the next one — which is not true of an agency running a dentist, a SaaS and a roofer in the same week.
“A bad-fit client costs us more than the invoice is worth. So we say no, in writing, in the audit.”
§ 03
Common questions
Including the ones that are awkward for us to answer.
Where are you based?
The team works from Bangkok and serves clients across the United States. In practice that means work happens on your files overnight and you wake up to progress. We keep overlap hours for calls in your morning and are reachable by email and Slack through your business day. If you would rather work with a US-based team, we understand — but the work is the work, and the audit will show you what it looks like before you decide.
How long until I see results?
Technical fixes on an existing site can move rankings within two to six weeks, because those pages already had authority that was being split or blocked. New service-area pages typically take two to four months to mature in low-competition suburbs and considerably longer in dense metros. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either buying links you will pay for later or targeting terms nobody searches.
What if my site is fine and I just need SEO?
Then we do not rebuild it. Plenty of engagements are retainer only. A rebuild costs you weeks of ranking stability, so we only recommend one when the existing site is a hard ceiling — usually a page builder that cannot hit Core Web Vitals, or a template that makes real service-area pages impossible.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, and it is a meaningful share of what we do. White-label SEO and web builds for agencies who need vertical depth or overflow capacity. Everything ships unbranded or in your template, and we never contact your client directly.
Will you work with my competitor?
Not in the same market. If we take you on in Phoenix roll-off, we will not take a Phoenix roll-off competitor. The line is metro plus service line, and we will tell you if we already have someone in your area before you go any further.
What do you not do?
Paid ad management, social media, video production, and anything that involves buying links. If you need paid search we will tell you roughly what it should cost and refer you to someone who does it properly.

Find out what your site is costing you
Send your domain and the towns you deliver to. You get a written audit back within two business days: the technical faults, the service areas you have no page for, and the exact terms your closest competitor ranks for that you do not. No call required to receive it.
